Congratulations to Shep Schuermann for winning the OEC Youth Tour Competition with his presentation on Sharing Shade:  Strengthening Foster Families Through Outdoor Adventures.  Shep will go on this all-expenses-paid, seven-day journey to Washington, D.C.  OEC's four Youth Tour winners will join 70 others from across Oklahoma and over 1,600 from electric cooperatives across America on what former participants have described as "the trip of a lifetime."
